Man I just love food.

And I show no bias…nutrient dense or filled with absolute junk, give me all the food. Please tell me I am not the only one?! Now, not being picky is generally applauded as a good thing, but you see, it gets me into a wee bit of trouble in that it is all too easy for me to eat way too much. I for one am grateful that the high-waisted pant trend is on point. I mean who doesn’t want to literally tuck everything in and zip it all up?! You feel me? While I haven’t always been a believer, I have finally seen the light on leggings, jeans, shorts, you name it that kiss my belly button.
