This blog is pretty off “brand” for me, but I wanted to write about my experience with microblading because it has been a complete game changer for me.

I do not consider myself high maintenance at all. I don’t wear a lot of make-up. I prefer classic Dove soap over anything fancy. The Importance of Proper Form in Exercise

Form is everything when it comes to exercise. And I am serious. Dead serious. If your form is not correct, you are doing yourself a major disservice because you are leaving yourself more susceptible to injury, and you are not getting the most out of your workout.
