“The training that Camille at Inside Out Training has provided to me over the past two years has truly changed who I am, both physically and mentally. I find that not only am I physically stronger, but also have much more confidence in my abilities. At 53, I feel stronger and more confident than I did at 35! Thanks so much, Camille — you’re awesome!” - Kelley
“Inside Out Training classes have been such awesome challenges for me. I love the workouts, and I love that class takes place in an environment in which I can challenge myself at each class to try my hardest and push myself to be stronger. I feel stronger than I have in a long time and it feels so great!” - Brooke
“If you are looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your whole body, mind and spirit, who is encouraging yet tough and has an excellent of variety of workouts, Inside Out Training is right for you!” - Tami
“The best thing about Inside Out Training is the knowledge Camille has to individualize exercises to meet my (or “her clients’ “) specific needs. No matter what motivates you to exercise-whether it be pregnancy/post partum, injury, strength training, or losing weight – Camille has the expertise and the passion to help you achieve your health goals. This quality is not something that can be achieved on ones own by simply going to a gym.” - Janae
“Camille is not only great at targeting multiple areas of the body in one workout but you are encouraging and always push me to work my hardest!! Camille is not only an athletic trainer, but also spiritually encouraging and a great friend! She understand the problems that women battle with weight management and body image. Camille is really just the best there is!!!” - Jessica
“Inside Out Training does several things for me. It reminds me that I want to be fit and healthy and that good exercise is a part of it. The work outs really challenge me to push myself even when I think there is nothing left. I always come away with a better sense of well being because the workouts help get the heart rate and breathing rate up. It never ceases to amaze me how Camille is able to find and exercise muscles I didn’t even know I have!” - Helen
“The training is strenuous and exhausting, but the wonderful feeling of accomplishing certain exercises and pushing yourself to where your body does think it can go, is exhilarating. All ages are encouraged to work at their own level during the workouts, and accommodations are suggested for any injuries or limitations.” - Liz
“Inside Out Training has helped my overall health. The exercises have improved my stamina, strength and balance. Camille encourages healthy eating to compliment the exercises we do. Camille is incredibly positive in her motivation and the variety is exceptional.” - Nancy
“Inside Out Training is just the incentive I need to keep my body in great physical shape. While I need to lose more pounds, I have lost inches and feel energized after the workouts. I think it is just what I need as I am kept accountable and would most likely not exercise consistently on my own.” - Grace
“You have made a huge difference in our lives physically and mentally. Not only are we stronger and have improved our balance, we feel really good about ourselves and are proud of what we can do. We are 69 and 71 years old and amaze ourselves and our family at what we can accomplish and the muscles we have developed. Although we train together, we appreciate the fact that you target each move to our individual flexibility and physical limitations.” - Bill & Gerry
“I have been working out in one of Camille’s group fitness classes for almost four years. In that time, I have lost weight and toned up, especially in my arms. I appreciate Camille’s upbeat attitude. She encourages me to do things I never though I would be able to do. I am most appreciative of the caring attitude that Camille shows to each of us. She is not only interested in our physical well being, but also in our spiritual lives. I have tried to work out on my own, but find I need the support of a trainer like Camille.”- Jana
“I love Inside Out Training’s classes because of it’s accountability and camaraderie. Belonging to a class that has such a wide range of age and ability makes the class both challenging and inspiring. I also love the wide variety of workouts, you never know what you’ll be doing that day!” - Ashely
“I would not have the motivation to do this on my own. Thank you for the awesome workouts. You rock!” - Michelle
“Camille, first and foremost....you're amazing at your profession, such a great example and role model for me. I just want to thank you for the best sweat sessions I've ever participated in, your workouts are amazing! I can't commend you enough for your HIIT workouts and for challenging me at each and every class to be stronger and more fit. After a few months of your exercising with you I feel the best I have felt since high school/college sports, and it feels oh so good to be strong and more fit, especially post baby! Also, when I keep my body fit from within, meaning by reading God's word daily and praying, and physically by exercising with you, almost all other areas of my life are in better shape too.” - Brooke

I am just a Mom with four babes and a penchant for exercise. I am not a doctor, doula, midwife, nurse practitioner, labor and delivery nurse or anything sort of professional when it comes labor. I guess what I am saying is I am not really qualified to speak on pain management during birth, except for my own experience.

So that is what you get. Here are my Top 5 thoughts based strictly on my own experience. Sift through it and use what is valuable to you, and trash the rest.

1. You do you. I usually HATE this catchphrase, […]

A lot goes into physical health, but I think that it is undeniable that the two foundational pillars are exercise and nutrition. For me personally, eating well is the much harder side of the coin. Now, I know what you are thinking “that is because you are one of the weirdos that actually like to workout”. True. I am not going to deny that I don’t mind a good sweat sesh. However, the real reason why I think nutrition is much more difficult than exercise is because eating is constantly “there”. What I mean by that is the simple fact […]

I always say that one of the first steps to leading a healthy lifestyle is awareness; you absolutely must build a foundation of knowledge. I can’t even tell you how many times I have clients that THINK they are doing the right things and yet are so frustrated by lack of progress. Well, it turns out, some of those things really aren’t the best after all. It is key to know the HOW; otherwise, you can be wasting a whole lot of time.

After that, it is all about action, taking that education and putting it into practice. However, unfortunately, […]

I chose the name Inside Out Training because I believe that health is holistic - physical, emotional and spiritual - and that it starts on the inside with our hearts and souls and works outward.
