A 6 week day by day work out schedule complete with video demonstrations of each exercise that can easily be adapted for beginners and experts alike.

With over 25 different workouts, there is a ton of variety in this program, not only keeping things interesting for you, but also effective for your body. Moreover, they are made with the busy woman in mind and are extremely time efficient.

The work outs can easily be done at home or in the gym as very little equipment is required: a medium set of dumbbells, a small set of dumbbells and an exercise ball.

A New Routine

This program will help you jump-start into a healthy LIFESTYLE and is backed by certifications, education and/or degrees in Nutrition, Exercise Science and Fitness Training.

The program has built in accountability to help you succeed. Personal care and motivation is given to each individual through a variety of means, including, but not limited to: daily email tips and action items, one consultation call, a point system with a chance to earn prizes and goal setting.

Eat Clean

A complete nutrition plan with over 21 different healthy options for each breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.

Not only will you receive weekly menus with recipes and grocery lists, there are 3 different caloric intake plans with suggested meal balance and portion sizes so that the plan can be easily tailored to you.

Additionally, you will receive a list of the food groups complete with examples and serving sizes as well as a plethora of healthy eating tips.
