Form is everything when it comes to exercise. And I am serious. Dead serious. If your form is not correct, you are doing yourself a major disservice because you are leaving yourself more susceptible to injury, and you are not getting the most out of your workout. Forgive me in advance. I tend to write mini novellas instead of blog posts, but this one is shaping up to be a full fledged novel. I was lucky enough to be gifted one of the fancy-shamnsy smart watches, and boy do I LOVE it (kid in a candy store status).
