Bat wings, bingo wings, chicken wings…whatever kind of wings you want to call them…no one likes under arm flab!
However, this is another fat pocket area for women, meaning it is a place that fat tends to easily pack on and stubbornly comes off.
Here are a few points to remember when trying to tone up the arms…
1. Muscle is soft tissue so all arms should jiggle to some extent.
2. As we age our skin loses firmness and elasticity.
3. Increased body fat leads to lost muscle definition and so a healthy diet is essential for lowering overall body fat, including in the arms.
4. Muscle development leads to definition. Research has shown these 3 exercises to be the most effective at toning the triceps {under arm}.
– Tricep Dips
– Tricep Extension
– Triangle Push-ups
